Wedding Prize: Hello Gem will provide Event Design and Coordination for up to 10 hours; a value of $7,000.  The package includes the following:

EVENT DESIGN

  • 2 in-person client meetings and unlimited communication

  • Timeline development and management

  • Design conceptualization and development

  • Prop and decor procurement, design and production

  • Booking rentals

  • Event Layout and Logistics

  • Vendor referrals and communication

  • Rental assessment and coordination

DAY OF COORDINATION

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

  • Two Coordinators present for the duration of your location rental time up to 10 hours. Any additional time charged at overtime hourly rate of $250 an hour.

  • Ensure location is set up according to your event plan.

  • Act as primary vendor liaison.

  • Assist bride, groom, bridal party, family members and guests as needed.

  • Direct family, bridal party and officiant for processional.

  • Cue musicians, DJ, photographers and videographers for ceremony.

  • Assist in gathering wedding party and family for formal photographs to ensure that all pre-requested photos are taken in a timely manner.

  • Direct all reception proceedings, including but not limited to: grand entrance, first dance, dinner service, toasts, vendor meals, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, grand exit and any other special activities.  

  • Work directly with all vendors to ensure that your wedding runs smoothly.

  • Alleviate last minute problems and stresses. (We keep an emergency wedding kit on-hand.)

  • Distribute any final payments and gratuities to vendors.

  • Collect gifts, marriage license, toasting flutes, cake topper and any other personal or decor items that you brought and return them to a designated person or help load into a designated car.  

  • Ensure that all rental items are picked up and venue is left in an acceptable condition to the site manager's satisfaction.

The winning couple is responsible for the following costs:  decor, florals, delivery fees, rentals, payment of vendors, or any assistants required for set-up.

Vendor Prize: Hello Gem will provide event design services and set up/tear down, a value of $4,600. The vendor is responsible for cost of purchased decor, florals, delivery fees, rentals or any assistants required for set-up.
